Ultifact is being built for complex corporate KYC and ownership/control review. This public website is an enquiry surface, not a client portal.

Who we are

This site is published by Ultifact. Brecht Guldemont (founder, Zürich) leads the conversation with trust offices. David Zingerman (CTO, Tallinn) builds the system. It is intended first for independent Swiss trust offices considering a conversation about one difficult case.

What this form collects

If you request a conversation we process your name and work email, and any optional firm, role or note you choose to write.

Why we process it

We use that information only to reply, to agree whether a conversation is useful, and, if there is a fit, to discuss scope, permissions and secure transfer before any client material is received.

What we do not do here

This site does not run live filings and does not take statutory responsibility for a customer file. Hosting, subprocessors and a later product privacy notice will be stated separately before any client-data evaluation.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation request, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, including Swiss data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Use the conversation form on this site to make that request.
